- Curbside pick-up is available from Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 1-5 pm EST. (NO Weekends). Once your order is placed you will receive an email notification stating that your order is ready for pick up. A refund will be given, minus a 50% restocking fee if your items are not picked up within 5 business days after making your purchase.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched via UPS/USPS which will contain your UPS/USPS Tracking Number. Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take UPS up to 24 business hours to provide tracking updates once it has been emailed to you. If you are not available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be held at your local UPS Office until you request a redelivery or pick it up yourself.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

- No, we do not offer refunds. Note that bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, white items, sale items and accessories are FINAL sale and are NOT eligible for an exchange.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
- No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it.
WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
- Chique Babes our items sometimes sell out very quickly due to a high demand or occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
- In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.
CAN I MODIFY MY ADDRESS AFTER IT HAS BEEN VALIDATED?
- Yes. This type of adjustment is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the changes to your order. If urgent we recommend that you contact us by phone during business hours: (954) 505-3647.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
- Chique Babe, certain items will restock if the manufacturer happens to remake the style over again. We have a restock notification link on all product pages via chiqueme.com. We recommend signing up to receive an email if the item comes back available in your size. If the product is no longer showing online it will no longer be restocking.

- UPS/USPS Expedited Mail: $30.00 (2 business days)
- UPS/USPS Economy Mail:$8.00 (5-8 business days)
